Grove’s award-winning estate vineyards and small, artisan winery are nestled in the northern Piedmont region of the Haw River Valley American Viticultural Area. Italian, French, and Spanish grapes thrive on the 44-acre, Guilford County farm’s sloping and mineral-rich land. Grove is recognized as one of the most awarded wineries and estate vineyards on the East Coast. Grapes we grow here include Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Traminette, and Tempranillo.
Grove Vineyards & Winery handcrafts premium wines, 80% of which are grown in our estate vineyards. All grapes are handpicked in small containers and pressed gently with a basket press. The 5,000-square-foot winery has a capacity of 4200 cases (10,000 gallons).
Grove is a bike, horse, and canoe-friendly winery, so find your favorite mode of transportation and plan a visit to taste the award-winning wines of Grove Winery & Vineyard.
